You’re welcome

Woburn Apartments is a stylish boutique development in one of Greater Wellington’s most beautiful suburbs.

It has been designed to cater for a generation of people who want to lead an active, comfortable lifestyle in their retirement. Its relatively small scale allows residents to maintain their individuality. Yet there are all the facilities you would expect in a much larger retirement community.

The apartments, which were completed in 2017, are set in landscaped grounds. From the upper floors there are views north to the Tararua Ranges, south to the capital city, and across the Hutt River to the western hills.

There is a great vibe to Woburn Apartments. It’s a supportive and sociable community where residents live the lives they choose, doing the things they want to do. At the same time, it’s a community where everyone looks out for each other.

With all property maintenance taken care of by staff, residents are free to build their existing interests and connections, and develop new ones. They can enjoy our great facilities and activities, and those offered by Hutt City. Or just relax with a novel or video in the comfort of their apartment. Or to have friends or family to come to stay.

It’s up to them.

Snookered! Some of the residents make use of the full-sized billiard table.

Each individual apartment is a self-contained modern home, in one, two or three bedroom options. Fibre optic cabling connects residents to the outside world. Nurse call buttons connect them to our care facility next door. Swipe card access provides security.

The reception, with its two-storey atrium, gives the apartments a sense of style. But at its heart are the facilities that create community: the café, west bar, lounge bar, gym, art & craft room, library, snooker room, men’s shed, theatre and indoor bowls and darts areas. In addition there is a business centre, with a computer suite, printer and newspaper table.

If you’re thinking about retirement living, you may want to consider joining our community. But please be aware that apartments only infrequently come up for sale.

If you would like to get a taste of what we have to offer, pop in for morning tea in Bar West at 10.30 am Monday to Saturday on a day that suits you. (The best access and parking is from the White’s Line West entrance).

Make yourself known in Bar West to our manager, Chris Wilson, or a concierge. They’ll answer your questions and let you know if there are any apartments available for sale. You may wish to put your name on our waiting list. Apartment prices are based on the market at the time they become available.
