Woburn Apartments is a stylish boutique development in one of Greater Wellington’s most beautiful suburbs.

Each individual apartment is a self-contained modern home, in one, two or three bedroom options. Fibre optic cabling connects residents to the outside world. Nurse call buttons connect them to our care facility next door. Swipe card access provides security.
The reception, with its two-storey atrium, gives the apartments a sense of style. But at its heart are the facilities that create community: the café, west bar, lounge bar, gym, art & craft room, library, snooker room, men’s shed, theatre and indoor bowls and darts areas. In addition there is a business centre, with a computer suite, printer and newspaper table.
